The amount will be held in escrow on your credit card until the job is done and confirmed by the user and the jobber. Once the job is confirmed by both parties, the payment will be taken on the user’s credit card and transferred to the jobber.

Yes. Jobtobe will automatically add service fees for the transaction, which will be divided between the jobber and the user. The fee will be calculated according to the transaction’s total amount. The service fees are used to ensure the platform’s efficiency and to offer support to all users.

According to labor standards, you need to be over 16 years-old to qualify for self-employed terms.

No. The website’s mission is to help you connect with people who need jobbers. You will be considered a self-employed worker.

It is your responsibility to declare all incomes, as per the law on your tax return. Jobtobe will provide you with a receipt after each transaction.

You decide! It is up to you to choose how much to charge for the job.

Only the user that requested the job. Your offer is confidential and the user who is requesting the job will be the only person to see the offers from you and other jobbers.

Once both parts confirm that the job is done, the funds will be transferred into “my earnings’’ section of our website. When you click on the “COLLECT” button the funds will be transferred into your account. Jobtobe will make a bank deposit every wednesday. Please note that there could be delays depending on your financial institution.

It's your responsibility to check the jobber’s feedback and communicate directly with them via the messenger. Jobtobe cannot be held responsible for the quality of the job. Make sure to always leave feedback for the job to help the jobber and to guide other users choose a good jobber.

Your feedback will appear right after the job is confirmed to be done. Both the jobber and the user are required to leave feedback.

Each jobber will send you an offer with a flat rate and the rate must be respected. Once the transaction is completed, it will be impossible to change the price. Therefore, if there is an agreement between both parties to change the price after the transaction is completed, the user and the jobber must agree to another term of payment.
